Oxford Film Festival Music Video Submission PRESS RELEASE:

Dec. 1, 2010

Oxford, Miss. – The Oxford Film Festival organizers announced today
that they are now accepting music video submissions from today until
Dec. 15 for the Oxford Film Festival to be held Feb. 10-13, 2011.

Music videos made since since January 1, 2009 and filmed or made by
people residing in Mississippi can be submitted to the showcase. All
submissions are $5 and can be made payable by check, money order to
Oxford Film Festival.

Submissions and the fee can be mailed by Dec. 15 to: Oxford Film
Festival, PO BOX 727, Oxford, MS 38655 or if in Oxford, can be hand
delivered by contacting Melanie Addington at
melanie@oxfordfilmfest.com to arrange drop-off.

Mississippi Music videos will be showcased at the Oxford Malco Studio
during the festival as a way to promote the intriguing short film
medium and to highlight Mississippi musicians. Audiences will vote to
determine the winner of the best music video.

The 2011 festival schedule will be announced in early January. The
Oxford Film Festival is a non-profit film festival that is held
annually in February at the Oxford, Miss. Malco Studio Cinema. The
festival is well respected throughout both the
community and Southeast.

The festival is known for showing insightful documentaries, eclectic
features, and will return in its 8th year with its popular Speed Pitch
distribution panel to provides filmmakers one-on-one time to pitch
to a variety of distribution companies. Several workshops and panels
for filmmakers and film lovers are also being planned.
